I've got a Makita BO4553 which I've had for about 8 years. I've worn out and replaced a foot but it is still going strong.

So what you're telling me is that when I want SWMBO to rub my sore foot, I have to say "dearest, please come here and rub my 304.8mm"? The reply would be "in your dreams" and you can take that anyway you wish.

Why would you want to sand your palms anyway?

To make them smooth so that Zed can't shinny up them and nick your coconuts of course.

Thanks I hadn't thought of that, I'd better get one. Zed's palms are pretty calloused from the constant 'Spanking of the Monkey', maybe he should get one too.

Yes. Got one. It's OK for fiddly corners etc but otherwise useless. Lots of noise and vibration but not much action. Hey, that's what my wife said to me the other night.
You can get a Mak palm sander with a pointy nose if you need that feature."I don't practice what I preach because I'm not the kind of person I'm preaching to."
