    Default Scissor/Vertical Drill

Ok so I'm looking for a tool and I don't know the name of it. Its a small powered drill held in an arm which keeps the drill vertical. It can be moved about on a pivot in all directions whilst still remaining vertical.
You can see one in use here at about 3:45.

If anyone knows what this is called and where it can be found please let me know.
    Cheers

I take you are refering to the unit with the orange air drill, looks to me like it is a "built in house" job, it doesn't look to complicated to build

Sounds like a milling machine, found these from Carbatec.

I've used dental ones in the past, but you don't want to be paying those prices..

    Cheers.

Edit: Should have watched the video first, before I opened my mouth. Still might do the job, but it depends what you're planning.

It is a Dual Axis Mill Drill...comes on most middle to top end CNC machines.
Takes a little practice to get used to it, but is great when speed production and accuracy it a must.
    It is air driven.

You can build your own, or buy a smaller version than the commerical one...the smaller ones use a Roto Zip or similar type electric machine that accepts 1/4" shaft tooling.
    Look here for ideas....
