WANTED - logs for slabbing in Central Vic.
G'day All, Have just finished slabbing an Ironbark, and am looking for another log or two to cut up. The bar on my CSM can accommodate logs up to about 900mm in diameter. I've got a 12'x6' tandem for smaller logs, but can also borrow a truck to collect. Alternately, if you're within an hour of Bendigo, VIC, then I'd be willing to travel to mill in your paddock (if you're happy to let me!) Would appreciate hearing from anyone who might be able to help. Thanks all... Phil

PINE LOGS -Langwarrin
Hi Phil. Don't know if you are interested, however have plenty of big pines on 6.5 acres in Langwarrin. Have limbed plenty and disposed on limbs (mulcher) and about to drop barrels.
If not, would appreciate contact/s of anyone who wants them.
Thanks
Rob

G'day Rob,
Langwarrin is a bit far for me, but thanks very much for replying to my post! You could try a regular on this forum, known as 'tassietimbers'. The guy's name is James; real nice bloke. He's got sawdust flowing in his veins!
He may or may not be interested...
thanks
