Thread: Milling a Silky Oak

I havent had too many problems with my CS mill and when I did it was really only a maintenance fix...when the cutters are nearly all filed away (but I think there's one more cut I can get out of the chain) at this point something happens within the cut and the chain starts to take a direction other than where the bar is going, then it's replace the chain time, I've had far more dramas with the bandsaw but like any cutting tool if correctly sharpened will go along way to producing a good result
