I milled a small amount from a large stump (600mm) that was in my yard, I made a mallet out of some of it, it had a nice grain and was good to work. What size trees have you got, alive or dead and are you looking at cutting slabs or boards?

    Cheers,
    Mike

Hey Macca if you have a set-up to mill it, why not go for it? if it's cruddy, it'll save you time down the track, if its good you've scored, if it's great well thats even better.

    Give it a go...
I love my Lucas!! ...just ask me!
