No, it is definitely not 'Kiwi'
In New Zealand we do sit on chairs , but we do not have 'chair bros', whatever they are , the general custon being one person per chair.
I have no idea what a 'tallie' is , nor do I know what or where a tafe is.
None of the above have anything to do with a chillybin .
So , that load of drivel had nothing to do with New Zealand .
