Alex the change of venue may have had a lot to do with it. Many of the schools from inner city were the ones who came into Moore Park. They may have feared traveling west maybe lowering their standards.
Being on the OTGA stand gave me time to look at the school badges and emblems worn over the last 3 years.

Can't get a much smaller lathe (I have a Jet 1220). Might need to make that my pen lathe, and get a bigger one for bowl work. Just knocked out my first pen.
