2.4lb for me
Hello,
2.4lb - massive for me - makes up for my zero last week.
Gets us to 43.4 lb.
50 is within spitting distance.
Anybody else out there got some numbers handy ?

I am on a weight losing program - 5kg in 4 weeks so far - and find one thing a bit perplexing. Last week I really did not lose any weight and then had three days off doing nothing. Last night I went to gym and this morning I woke up and thought I feel a bit different. When I weighed myself I was 1.5kg lighter than I was yesterday, lets call it 1kg. This happened overnight I wonder what happens when we are asleep to cause this sort of thing. The body is a strange device when it is all said and done. As for weight loss methods I have not changed my diet just spent some time in the gym every day, boring as bat s**t but I can't knock the results.

Nothing for me this week guys. Plenty of good exercise in the garden. Laid 130sqm of turf, built garden beds and planted heaps of plants. But rewarded myself too much with beer and food.

No numbers this week - my excuse is to blame the WWW show in Melbourne.
So have decided to fine everybody 1/2 ounce off the next wiegh in.
Will check back in this friday with my losses - have been working hard around the garden and expect to see some reults
