know a few guys from S.A. apparently it is in excess of 300 a metre for redgum at the moment in some areas over there and a lot of the guys I know from over south aus are charging $180 a metre. around here that is about the going price this year for redgum. I do good sized loads of good local hardwood for $80 (kept my price the same as last year) and my loads are quite a bit bigger than most of the sellers I have seen. so if anyone from around here needs a load shoot me a PM.
I am told that sharpening handsaws is a dying art.... this must mean I am an artisan.
Get your handsaws sharpened properly to the highest possible standard, the only way they should be done, BY HAND, BY ME!!! I only accept perfection in any saw I sharpen.
