Liechardt Bean
Picking up a Bean tree (cassia brewsteri) on Saturday and want to know if anyone has handled it before for some tips??? I will be sealing the ends regardless but wondering if just splitting the logs down the pith will be OK or does it need to be slabbed.

Sorry about that TTIT, google gives descriptions on the tree but couldn't find anything on the timber. my 2 books don't mention it.
Cheers
