    Default Southside Brisbane timber suppliers

    Hey all ,
    I know there are probably tons of posts about timber supply in Brisbane and I have done a lot of reading on here. But was hoping for some current advice on where to get the best price on some exotic timbers. Was looking at bootle timbers which looked good but do they just work in big quantities? What's there service and quality like? I know I could just go down there and have a look around but would love to hear some others of their opinion since I'm new to the whole woodworking bizzo.

    I've bought from Watts Wood and Mouldings at Salisbury in the past and found them very easy to deal with.

    +1 for Watts. Great selection of a lot of the classic furniture timbers. Prices are nothing to scoff at though. You pay for the convenience of being able to just go in and buy it.
