Timber Suggestions
Looking for unusual timber, highly figured/fiddleback with good colour to carve replacement grip sideplates for bow in pic.

This may not be much use to you since its in Victoria, but I used to buy timber from this place, and the people there were always very friendly and helpful. It specialises in timber for turning but may have something you could use.

Bob, a blank of 120mm x 40mm x 20mm would be enough to do both sides.
