My GP offered me a huge Western Cedar that had fallen over on his property, I don't know how long ago.
What would be the best way of cutting it up apart from getting a slabber in and is it worth it?
He said the centre didn't look much good but I think he is talking about the heartwood.
No white ants in it.
The local cutters do not bother with quarter?? cutting just slabbing.
What length would be most favourable to cut the trunk down?
My GP offered to cut it down with his chainsaw.
I was thinking of just cutting it down lengthwise before transporting it back here on the 10 x 6 trailer then quarter cut it here?
