    giday all whats white est wood there is in aust want it for intarsia and i only work in native timbers

    jacaranda is pretty light and white. probably something lighter though.

    What Mic-d said. S. Ash can be very white and doesn't seem to darken with an oil finish. Comes up with a beautiful 3-D sheen.
