Default Southern Districts Triton Owners Club Inc. (WA) Web Page

For all those U-beaut forum members who live near WANDI, which is in the southern suburbs of PERTH, the Southern Districts Triton Owners Club has set up a Webpage / (site) to inform members and visitors about the Club.

Southern Districts Triton Owners Club Inc.

The current single page, which fills a need to promote the club locally, will be expanded in the coming weeks.

If you live nearby, please drop into Wandi Hall, Wandi on the fourth Thursday of the month at 7:00pm.

    Have a great Easter!

It might be a good idea to send an email to Stuart Lees and ask him to put a link to your web page on our site:
    www.tritonwoodworkers.org.au

Good luck with the club, and keep us informed, we'd love to know what you guys get up to each meeting.
If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

Being born and bred in Parmelia I wish I was in the position to drop in, but being on the other side of the country I sadly am not.

Best of luck with the club.

Saw the post, and have placed a link on our site www.tritonwoodworkers.org.au When viewing, it took realistically 5 minutes to bring up the page (and I have a 512 ADSL broadband connection) so hopefully it is an abberation, and not typical of your host's web server speed!

Thumbs up Web page load speed fixed

    Thanks Stuart

Problem was in fact the (US) free counter I was using. I have replaced it with another that appears much faster.
Thank you for the link from your site. May we link to your site also?
I've also heard that you write for a magazine on matters Triton - is this correct?

    Cool

Problem was in fact the (US) free counter I was using. I have replaced it with another that appears much faster.

I've been using a very good one that has a number of user-defined options. One I particularly like is the ability for the counter to only increment for each new visitor, so if any given visitor returns to the home page a few times during their visit, the counter does not continue to increment. It will only record their return visit if someone else has been there in the meantime. We have had about 15000 hits since I launced the site, and that is pretty fair representation of actual visitors to the site.

Thank you for the link from your site. May we link to your site also?

    Feel free

I've also heard that you write for a magazine on matters Triton - is this correct?

Yeah- have published a few articles in House & Home magazine (currently on the shelves). They have a Triton section in the magazine. So far, a 2 part article on biscuit joining, including mid-panel biscuits on the triton, a kitchen 2.5m bench and modifications to some of the triton range.
