    Hi all,

We have been working on some new UPGRADE products for the Triton RTA30, we will have these on display at the Sydney show next weekend.

Drop by and have a look, we're at Stand #55 Royal Hall of Industries, near cafe area.

We look forward to saying Hi.

Maybe it's for use with the new Triton Rotary Tool Kit, it'll mount underneath like a normal router would...

    Default Hints

Do we get any hints as to what they are?

Or are we going to have to wait for the forum members to leak the news here?

Default OK! OK! Here it is

    We launched the following at the Sydney Show;
    1. A 800 x 600 Overlay Router Top that fits directly on the RTA300 which will accept the Woodpeckers Phenolic Plate or UniLIFT. This has 'standard' mitre tracks, scale tracks, plus it's FLAT!!! (Top $130 incl tracks, Phenolic Plate $99)
    2. A specially developed Router Raizer specifically for the TRA001 (TRC001 in some countries), this will work with the Phenolic Plate or the existing plate. Height adjustment from above the table is now a breeze. ($100)
    3. A suggested DIY fence upgrade to the Triton Fence that includes a T Track to mount Feather Boards, and is SQUARE to the table.
    4. Of course these also allow the simple attachment of the Incra Jig for really accurate and repeatable set-ups. ($209 at show $250 normally)

The bad news is that we sold out of the tables early on day 2, the good news is that we have stock of the rest NOW and the tops will be in stock by the end of the week. (free delivery for orders placed at the show)

These aren't on the website as yet but will be in a few days.

    Regards

Gwhat I commend you on your pricing - In the UK the router raizer is 50% more so is the phenolic plate. If I had been there I would have bought both.

Sounds like a good enough excuse to bump up the prices, Gwhat!

On the contrary we listened to the guys at the Triton club and worked with our suppliers (and trimmed our costs) to bring these in at an affordable price. The guys at Router Technologies (USA) really worked hard to meet our price points, what's more the final product's easier to post.

We are very happy with the response from the Sydney show, sold out of the tables, and had 3 Router Raizers left. But the most pleasing of all was meeting fellow woodworkers.

    Regards
