I recently managed to make it back to the site where my WC2K is currently residing and thought I'd take a few measurements myself.
The table is surprisingly flat, apart from a depression of about 10mm wide to each side of the channels... but only a fraction of a mm deep at the worst point. (Oh... and a nasty ding in one corner where an apprentice literally "threw" my chop-saw into the back of the ute.)
Checking the fence, it's dead plumb. However, it doesn't take much lateral force at the top to flex it a couple of degrees off true. Less force than you'd normally apply when cutting "tall" pieces anyway, so that's a problem. Oddly enough, I've never really noticed it before...but I don't do many cuts that way at all. Perhaps the occasional tenon, but I prefer to cut them "dado" style.
All in all, my WC is in surprisingly good nick for all the abuse it has copped over the years. (Looks pretty leprous though...)
