    Default A couple of Disstons

Picked up a couple of Disstons for cheap, they are a rough couple (rusty and dusty). Tooth line has a little bit of a wave on one of them, the other has a small curve, should prove plenty of learning potential before I try to break fix a more expensive saw.

    Good restoration material.

Ditto what Rob said and I have to say I have seen and worked on a lot worse than those. Medallion on the wrong side on the lower one. May mean that originally there was no medallion on that saw as the other side should have the large circular depression. It is always interesting/exciting to see if the clean up reveals an etch and consequently clues to what it is.

I will watch with interest for developments.
