The request for a laser cutting quote has been sent to:

Should get a response early next week. Also asked about:
the M2 sheet is laser cut parallel to the direction of rolling. So that austinite and marsdenite grains are aligned at right angles to the cutting edge rather than parallel to the edge where they would dislodge in use. Can you arrange that the sheet is laser cut parallel to the direction of rolling?

Hi TS, I noted you've added the extra cap iron to the file, but the number of blades is still in error. Here's what I'd like, with cap irons please.
1 x 1 3/4" wide
2 x 2" wide
2 x 2 3/8" wide
Thanks

The blades are not in error I have you down for exactly what you asked for. You must be getting your columns confused.

Rows count the numbers of blades, two rows for two blades @ size x, three rows for three blades @ size x, each cell record one blade. It is done this way so that the program can automatically calculate a whole bunch of formulas and generate all kinds of dynamic data in other tables.

TS, I've been offline for a while and have only just seen this topic. If there's any left, I'd like 2 blades and 2 chipbreakers for Stanley #7 (2 3/8") and one blade and chipbreaker for a Stanley #5.

Harry - I have added your three blades to the order.
With Harry's allocation we have cracked the half way mark on sheet two.
