Thread: Davden CW12

Looks like Davden were a machinery retailer in South West Sydney. Like many retailers they almost certainly put their own brand on Asian sourced machines. Unless someone has specific knowledge of the original manufacturer of the machines I don't like your chances of getting any helpful responses. Is there any other model number or specifications available? A few pictures might help.

I think Darden were a mob who did maintenance for NSW industrial arts workshops/class rooms.
Maybe they started flogging off Asian stuff as they had a foot in the door with the Dept of Education.

I was pretty sure that they were an Australian manufacturer similar to Woodfast. Davden made the very well regarded Top Turn wood lathes.
