    Default Guhdo table saw blades???

I am needing a new and better 12 inch ripping blade for my TS. A company in Brisbane sells 2 sorts: Linbide and Guhdo. The Linbide I have heard of and believe they are good. The Guhdo is significantly more expensive but the chap from the saw supply company tells me that the difference in price is more than worth it since the quality of the cuts is going to be much better. Does anybody know of or have any experience of these blades.

    Thank you

Had both brands. Sold the Linbide blade. I find I get a much smoother cut from the Guhdo.

    Cheers

Thank you very much indeed. That is what I wanted to know. What type of blade did you have? I do almost exclusively ripping on my TS and am leaning towards a purely ripping blade but I know they have a combination blade also.

Dedicated rip. 300 x 3.4 x 30T. Lindsay and Leone will look after you. They are my preferred saw doctors and suppliers. I've just taken a few blades down to get sharpened, generally about $30.00 a blade on average but depends on tooth count.

    Cheers

The company I am going to this morning is Brisbane Saw Service at Virginia and the chap I have dealt with is Lindsay. He seems very knowledgeable. It appears from your description that the blade I am getting is the same as yours.
