Moulding knives - Plantation shutters
Hi
I have been lurking around here for awhile and it is now time i need to ask for some advice!
I am planning to build plantation shutters. I have made them before, however I last time I use flat blades with bullnose edges which worked well, however this time I was want the louvres to have an elliptical shape. I was planning to get custom moulder knives made to fit to my thicknesser/moulding machine. (Similar to what norm did on New yankee workshop when making plantation shutters). Has anyone had similar knives made before? Any recomendations on a good tooling shop that could make these? Any any idea of what price I could expect to pay (Assuming the louvres will be around 90mm wide)?
Cheers
Cameron

Don't know about the Gold Coast, in Adelaide you won't get much change from $150
