    No I haven't but it is highly unlikley as the mechanism is 4 x threaded posts with the elevation "nuts" all connected by chain.
    Anyway the problem is a hump in the middle of the board lengthways, widthways there is no problem. The cut is even from side to side.

    Even if the mechanism is 4 x threaded posts joined together via chain, the head can still move if it isn't locked down after you've raised or lowered it.

    I've pretty much got the same set up on my 15" thickie from C/tec and IF I don't lock the head at front and back, I have all sorts of probs.

    I'd be having a close look at your motorhead whilst feeding the timber in to see how it is reacting to the forces of the timber feeding in and out
