Guy goes to his doctor and says, "Doc, I've been having an almost constant headache for 15 years. Can you cure it?"

Doctor checks him over and says, "Well, your testicles are pressing against your tailbone. That's the cause. The cure is to have 'em removed."

Guy thinks about it, and decides to do it. Anything is better than these headaches.

After the surgery, Guy goes out to buy himself a new suit - perhaps a way to make him feel a little better about himself.

He walks into the tailor's shop, and the tailor says "42-long, am I right?"

Guy says, "Yeah! That's right! How did you know?"

Tailor says, "Been in the business for 57 years. How about a new shirt to go with that suit?"

Guy says, "Sure."

Tailor says, "16 1/2 neck 34 sleeve." Guy says, "Amazing. How could you tell?"

Tailor says, "Been in the business for 57 years. New shoes to go with the outfit - size 11-D?"

Guy says "I'll take them. That's astounding."

Tailor says, "All you need now is some new underwear. Size 42."

Guy says, "No, 38"

Tailor says, "I been in the business 57 years, and I'm telling you size 42."

Guy says, "No, 38. I've been wearing size 38 for fifteen years."

Tailor says, "No sir. You wear 38's it'll push your testicles against your tailbone and give you headaches."
