its telling you your computer is running nice and stable at a max 25000pps , its working
when jogging , look at the " jog rate on the screen , mach 3 will defalt at its highest set speed in set up

if in set up you have a max jog of 2000mm/min and in g-code tell it too run at 3000mm/min , it will jog at 2000mm/min
