Default Dust collector bag swapover for those unfortunates with only 2 hands.

Hi Guys and gals, Have seen this idea in the past and a lot may be aware of it, however, for those that haven't, never so well covered as in this video.

Was advised by a friend that posting a link would not go astray here...

No advertising anything more than the concept... (hope the link stays open for a wile and don't shoot me for the ad)...

I cheat. Stuff the bag (inside out) up into the top and then wrap the opening around the dusty.

Using magnets is well know, less well known is using flat plastic hoops that force the bag against the inside of the filter housing. The beauty of the latter is the DC air pressure forces the bag even harder against the bag housing and provides a superior seal compared to the systems that clamp the bag onto the outside whereby the DC pressure is trying to blow the bag off.

Trick is getting the plastic hoops as they have to be exact to work properly.

Gents, I appreciate this is not a new trick and has been used by many in the past. The intention is to provide this recent distribution for those that haven't had the fortune to come across the articles and had the opportunity to discover for themselves. I think any fast track for something that saves people having to reinvent the wheel is worth re-mentioning.

Its not easy to see how the (orange) hoops are fitted.

The bag is folded over the hoop and the the hoop is partially collapsed so that it can be pushed inside the bag housing.
The hoop is fitted in between the two ridges on the inside of the bag housing and the hoop is let go, then a push on the remaining bump in the hoop and it clicks hard up against the housing in a sort of satisfying SNAP.

To remove, grab the bag near the hoop and pull the bag towards the centre of the housing and the hoop buckles and deforms so the bag can be removed.
Mine also has additional standard metal straps and clips that can lock the bag down further to the outside of the housing but these are not really needed.
