I build and have built high quality furniture and quite a few very nice toys for my kiddies but this standard just blows me away, bloody well done!

I have seen this model in the flesh,so to speak.
John is a very modest guy and hasn't mentioned the finer points of this model.
The work that has gone into this Ford is amazing.
For a start the Horn and Steering Wheel are made up from several layers of thin Veneer, curved and glued together.
The carving and sanding of the Huon Pine inner guards and many ,many other fine details that don't show up in photo's
I can't say enough about this Car.A real Show Winner
PS.I forgot to mention the Front & Back leaf springs.
Each leaf is a single veneer & built up

I was reading the Geelong Advertiser this morning. There was a list of prize winners from the Royal Geelong Show or what ever it is called.
Guess whose name popped up several times for first prizes. -(Ninefingers)
Now I am not 100% sure, but I was told that Ninefingers Ford "T" Model was one of the works of art..Congratulations John
    Can someone let us know?
OH OH Someone has told me it was the mercedes 1903 ?

Billy, If you promise not to tell anyone , I used LEGO gears for the right angle drive on the steering on the 1903 Mercedes ,they are enclosed under neath so they cannot be seen. Steering on the T Model is typical billy cart ,half a turn lock to lock. NF.

one problem, the diff is the wrong shape, i can give you the measurements of every bearing if you wanna really make it accurate, iv just finished pulling my log winch down for the 10th time.
