Here's a pdf but it's the limit of what my technology can do. Someone with a bigger monitor would do better. Anyway here it is.
How I did is basically you can zoom to see more detail of the page. The full screen button is upper left. Hit the Print Screen (prtsc) button on your PC (right of the F12 key) to copy the page of the project and then paste (use ctrl and V at the same time) the image into Microsoft Paint, Adobe Photoshop or like for trimming and print out. From there you use Cutepdf or like to print to pdf.

Here's the dimensions in pdf only a little bigger. When's Christmas, I must get a bigger computer. Someone please bail me out here and do a better pdf.
