    G'Day!

I look forward to getting hints and tips off everyone!

My first project is going to be a pirate chest to keep all my art supplies in so any tips would be appreciated!

    Thanks everyone!

Welcome Sal. You will have fun here, I'm sure.

Hint #1 - the Forums have a great search function and I know that there are several threads on a pirate chests, I have found that doing that first and picking up the accumulated knowledge first can lead to a much better response from the members. Here are some threads to start you off:

    Welcome Sal.
    .
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys (and especially the helpful links!)

I need the box for my art supplies because, ( I have been informed!), I am a bit of an artist!
I'm not brilliant but i'm looking forward to making some nice little boxes and painting them, probably as gifts?

    Sal
