    Default Hi Hi

I'm a "somewhat older" woman who loves woodworking. There's nothing like the smell of woodshavings in the morning! Between myself and my 88-year-old Dad, with whom I live, I've got a pretty good assortment of tools and equipment and am determined to learn how to use them all well. I've got very little space to work in during the cold months, so I am interested in small projects. Plus, I am planning on relocating (from Vermont, USA) to Winnipeg, Canada, where my grown and married 3 children live, and don't want to haul truckloads of bulky things with me. Since I've been out of Canada for many years, my residency permit has expired, and I've got to reapply like some stranger! Come on, Canada!

G'Day & Welcome "Down Under" "derrydown",
You'll find a heap of knowledgable & helpful blokes & ladies on the forum.
Everyone loves seeing photos of ones handiwork, especially WIP photos & notes.
We have a few "canucks" on the forum.
    Enjoy your woodwork.
    Cheers, crowie
