axle supply
Hi all,a question for the experts.I have gotten onto an axle supplier who can give me a 45mm sq slimline axle 64" long and 10" electric brakes on 6stud cruiser hubs for $300inc.i am going to trash chinese bearings and replace with quality units and i know i will be welding plate mounts to axle(boilermaker)myself so my question is this, has anyone had an axle itself fail?I dont know where the axles come from (china prob)and would like to hear from people who are in the know.total trailer weight will not be over 900kg and will be on softish 7leaf 1050 eye to eye springs.cheers, danny
