    Have gone onto the other half of the counter untill I get the glass. Made good progress today, nice for a change. I will do the top and edge banding on the shelves next.

    Yes he is, MDF and Plywood are made from real wood, just with more glue.

    Marine ply, not "real wood" so easy, no alowance for expansion, contaction, no splitting, next thing I'll be making kitchens. Yes this one is going fast but I had already cut all the pieces so it was just a mater of banging them together

    I work down in "a" back shed but it's not mine TL. I rent the shed from my parents neighbour. Her husband died many years ago now and she had nothing much in the sheds. The building where I previously rented my workshop got sold so I moved in temporarily until I could find another but that was 4 or so years ago now

    Sadly no, she doesn't come aout back very often but that way the noise, dust etc doesn't worry her either.

    Actually real Panama hats were made in Ecuador. Confused . So am I.

    Hey artme, Cuban hat, so how do Burmuda socks fit into the scene? Progress is going well I should get the bench top on it tomorrow. I have got the first coat of finish on all of it other than the bench top. Glass must surely be in tomorrow, had a few delays but fingers crossed for tomorrow. Should be getting close to installation by Wed/Thurs maybe. Coffee and cake wooohooo
