Yeah I saw that - but he won't send it anywhere you have to collect - so good if you know someone who will collect it for you if you don't live there. Obviously got stung once before sending something that arrived damaged and the recipient was not too pleased.

Well Brett I was beaten in the ebay auction for the hegner by a more skilled ebay operator who got the multicut 1 for $400 - 7 years old 60 hours use - pretty good buy I suppose - he pipped me by $5 with 5 seconds to go so no chance for any reply - sneaky!
The exercise and hope for an upmarket machine has dampened my desires for a Delta now. Would happily get this Dewalt if it wasn't so cost prohibitive to get it to Brisbane from Melbourne.
I can easily see why the guy won't post it as I inquired a freight price from DHL for a parcell 60cm x 40cm x 40cm and say 55kg and the magic number is $485 for freight    . Be cheaper to fly there and collect but what a hassle.
Check my options for now, but I have just come back from Carbatec and the Delta is still on their shelf so that tells me something . . . . hmmm.
CheersCheers

Too bad on the Hegner, thats how I like to win my auctions too LOL, helps keep the price down.
Pity there wasnt a cheaper alternative to courier the Dewalt up, call a interstate truck company and see what they charge to throw it on the backBrett

Ian wasn't me, I do have an acc with ebay iain8368, Ibought a router table from Dyco in Qld, weighs about 75kg and it cost me $35.00 to get it here.
I seriously doubt the saw weighs 50kg, must be in a wooden crate, that is a lot of weight.
I cannot recall who sent down my table but Dyco may help, having said that they probably have a special deal with a quantity deal.Stupidity kills. Absolute stupidity kills absolutely.
