Name Keychains
Just some keychains I made over the weekend for the kids teachers and one for my Secret Santa at work. The ones on the right are Jarrah and the ones on the left are Tas Oak (I think), finished with a few coats of Organoil Danish Oil.
Pattern was done using Steve Good's - Scroll Saw Keychain MakerBrett

Good for you,Brett.I will not be able to be help to you on determining a price, because I have not sold even a toothpick myself so far.But I think some folks on the other forum may give you an idea. Some of them sell such items often.

I reckon Steve Goods price of $9.95 is pretty close to the mark.

Yeah I have taken more of a liking to the oval ones, can see more of the nice timber and they are easier to cut the letters out too

Hey Brett,
They look great, I have to say that I like the Oval one best, as the others wouldn't last a real long time in a Handbag situation, as thats where they nearly always end up for most of their life.

Chain
Could you tell me where you got the pieces of chain from? Thank you kindly.

You can find the chain at Bunnings or I guess any large hardware store.

Thanks Marg .. I got my chain from Bunnings, aswell as the little linkage part (forget it's name) and the keyring part you find at the area they cut the keys.
I have since gotten rid of the chain and just put the keyring part through the hole in the timber, a few people noted the chain would come apart often, but I guess that could always be fixed by crimping the linkage part with some plyers.Brett
