Hello everyone

I am just fleshing out some plans for a bathroom renovation. I've read advice on these forums (as well as been told at various other stages) that it is a poor idea to remove a bath/shower and replace it with a sole shower unit.

However, seeing that I live in a 60 square apartment with limited space, this is seeming like a pretty good option. As you can see by my current setup, space is severely limited. The sink in the top left of the pic is actually a steel laundry basin (old school type) that gets no use, and the one on the middle right is a hand basin.

At this stage I basically want to replace the bath with a dedicated shower unit, remove the hand basin and laundry basin and put a new hand basin where the laundry one was.

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on what removing a perfectly functional (although mouldy and run down) bathtub would be on resale value etc.

Cheers.
