Router table fence design
I am in the process of designing and building a router table fence, and found this thread particularly helpful.
Can anybody comment on the need for two tracks along the front of the fence as shown in that thread?regards,

Jill,
It may be for fastening rather large or high jigs to give more stability to it or the maker has different size jigs that fit to that height. But as you say I cannot see the need and I don't recall seeing router fence jigs that require the 2 tracks.
