First use of TRITON router bits
hi everyone,
new to the woodworking world, so bear with me a bit.
I bought recently new triton router bits and the tip is covered with some jelly/rubber (clear stuff).
how can i remove that to start using the bit. and if i want to recover it (for protection), what's that material they use, thx in advance for any help.

Often you can get it off using your thumb nail as a cutter, but if not use a small knife
and throw the cover away
drill a bunch of 1/4 and 1/2 in holes in a board to store your cutters
or wrap them in painter's taperegards from Alberta, Canada

I've answered in the Triton/GMC forum. Please don't post the same question in more than one section, it makes unnecessary work and replies can be missed.
