Need ideas for wall mounted folding work bench
I would like to build a workbench up against the wall in my garage. The area I would like to build it is right next to where I park the car. I could fit the bench there and still fit the car in, but I wouldnt be able to open the car door.
I would like to build a bench that would mount to the wall on hinges perhaps, and be able to fold down to lay up against the wall. That way I would have the option of parking out of the garage and pulling open the bench to do a project. I'm not sure how to support the bottom of the bench after it folds out though. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Your on the right track
Depends what your doing and how frequent
Maybe you could buy a sheet of 20mm ply and cut 2 sheets to your desired size eg 2000 x 800 and then glue and screw them together. hinged to your studs in the wall. Have hinged legs that support it and maybe a rope or chain to take some weight?
Anyway Goodluck
