Laguna seems to be the one everyone talks about in the US, although Felder sells Hammer N4400 over there you're right, there's not much comment to be had.

Yeah, plenty of reviews on the Laguna, a lot not entirely favourable.

The other Italian Mini Max seems OK.

For me, having met Brendan and spoken with past customers, Felders after sales service and general attitude to the punters is a big plus.

Question is "is it enough to push us over the pricing barrier?"

Like the colour scheme too, wonder if its available in Chartruese?

That's good because you know the rule, if we don't get the video, it didn't happen.

Piece of cake, Steve. You'll have the machine set up so quickly you'll be able to cut your lunch on it.

Err, that's nice, but I was hoping that the machine would be able to cut more than bread and salami

    HI Steve,

It's very basic - just pay attention to the bolts that come out of the quadrant lock - from memory, one was longer than the other.

You'll need an electrician to wire up the plug (it's a european fitting,) a 15A extension lead and a blade - 3980mm. Oh - and a bag of rags and some diesel to clean off the vaseline from the table. If it's the weekend, email me through the forum if you get stuck. But, it's bleeding obvious how things go together.

The detents on my machine were blo0dy accurate - I set the table to 45 degrees, and ripped a chamfer off some stock by going half way, backing out and then repeating the exercise starting from the other end. The two saw cuts aligned perfectly.

It's a testament to the quality control of the Italian manufacturer.

    Cheers,

    eddie
