    Default Rocking Horse creation

Over the years I have completed a number of Anthony Dew's rocking horses for family and friends, including Sydney's Deaf and Blind Childrens school. But due to ill health I am unable to complete my last one. I am therefore, hoping to pass on a very satisfying hobby. All items shewn are a job lot (no separation) for the price indicated.

The parts are for a small horse on bow rockers, with accompanying plans and a deluxe set of fittings.

The carving tools are Swiss made Pfeil chisels, and are adequate for most projects.

The books are of both interest and instructional and include an Anthony Dew video tape.

Included is a variety of templates for different size horses.

The timber used is Jelutong for the body of the horses, European beech for the legs and American white ash for the rockers.

Other pictures show different size horses and a restoration. All plans included.

    Plus four spokeshaves, needing attention.

If required, a memory stick with pictures, showing how I did it my way
