    Default Brickwork Query

    Hi All,
I've got a 50's brick veneer in Melbourne with a God damn ugly A/C unit poking out the front. I'm gonna rip it out and replace the 20 or so bricks missing in the wall to neaten it up. What is the best mortar to get or what is the mixture to make for brickie stuff like this?
Help ma boab, the bairns goat it awe wrang!

    Hi Al,

Is that the "quote for a quote" or is it a bill for a virtual job? If you can manage the latter - we need to talk, bro

    Cheers!

You can get premixed mortar but it's cr@p. Mixing it yourself is not much more work and you'll save yourself a lot of grief.

Yep I agree, dash of detergent, keep it stiff.
