DIY Concrete Slab Price?
following the other Concrete Slab threads, it is a miserable rainy sunday morning and nothing to do but work up the estimates for the barbeque patio to pay back all those barbies from last year. the dog's snoring and i should be.
i have to pour two adjacent 75mm mesh slabs soon and need to get a costing idea. roughly 6 metres by 5 metres. the groundwork is done, plastic and mesh outside the shed, but i have no idea how much the mud is going to cost. any idea out there? no labour costs as i'll barrow and finish.

From the figures you have given it will take 2.25 3M @ $200 per cube, around $450.
I assume your measurements are all up, not per each slab, if per each just double the price.

G'day Daniel.
Many Concreters allow 10% loss for Hollows and Depressions
The Ground Levels not your depressions
I also thicken the Edges, BUT That'll add more $$$$
Purpose made Plastic Chairs are the way to go,
PS. I ALWAYS lay down Plastic VISQUEEN whenever I've done any Concreting
and
Keep it wet for a fortnight, week at leastNavvi
