Installing timber floorboards
Hi all
I am currently doing a renovation at home that includes removing a wall, aprox 60sq m of tiles, remove kitchen and laying new timber floorboards. The question i have is how flat or level do you need to have the cement slab to lay any flooring on? I am thinking about a few options, Uniclic timber/laminate, or solid prefinished hardwood etc??? And of course laying combilay or equivalent underneath.
Any ideas on what the best practicse is and has anybody done this recently. Would love to get some feedback on installs of the uniclic (laminate/timber ) flooring. I have had all the sales pitches and need some true indicators from people who have this product at home.
Thanks very much and look forward to any replies.
