That's exquisite Spindles! A bewty. But I can't for the life of me decipher how the dust collection hooks up.

Due to its purpose for existing the need for precision is uppermost, and of utmost necessity. To confuse the viewer the power cables have been removed.
What may be thought of as a 'table' is actually a multi-layered diamond reflective device (a mirror). The knurled knob (best seen in the second photo) is the pressure developer. Electricity, is passed throught the device from the toothed wheel extremity, and is converted to impulses of light that is increased in intensity as it passes through the multiple rods until it is directed at the mirror and then bounced (with precision) at the mamma formation on the lower surface of cumulonimbus cloud.
What it is is a Rain Maker.

I can’t think of a better way to put a nail into a cat’s eye. Excellent head support.

Post apolocolyptic nightmare! I thought I had left it in my sleep! I am no longer safe!

Great work by the way! It almost reminds me of the art by Giger.

That's an excellent joke putting the transmogrification actuator on upside down.
I wouldn't have spotted it without that second photo.
You should adjust the variance capacity down a bit before someone gets hurt though.
Those were the droids I was looking for.

No joke NCArcher, that would explain why it's constantly de-actuating.

One thing for sure, if you ever find a use for that thing it WILL be real handy.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonay in one hand - Strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming - "WOO WOO...What a ride"

We use a hand-operated cork screw at home, now, and after years of experience I always get the angle right. no need for your little gismo now!I sold my older model on e Bay and bought 2 dozen Penfolds reds as an investment.

But well done Underfoot. We encourage initiative on this Forum.
