    Default we have moved!!

And I hate moving!! Its a nasty horrible habit that should not be undertaken if you have a well equipped shed. It took us four days and that was with the moving company shifting most of the household.

The new workshop/garage is soley a workshop and I will have to build a new carport for the CRV. The van will just have to live outside.

The workshops a bloody mess... argh!! and its going to have to be fully lined and insualted as its a typical tin can garage. Hot as Hades in the summer and colder than a Nun's u know what in winter

On the bright side at least we own it or will when the mortgage is paid. :P

And heres some piccys to prove my point. Oh yea on the upside its a nice house

    The second day

All the boxes and stuff still to unpack

The other side of the shed

    Woodrack partly reloaded

The woodrack has its temp cover

    The mobile tablesaw cum shelf

Workshop lining has been started and the first racks above the bench have been added as has a new 18 inch x 36w dual neon from Bunnies. Cost $30 so will get another 4 or 5 at that price. Or some 4 foot ones for $47.

Note the most important accessory on the top shelf. The sound system, essential for drowning out the wife when she wants something.

Whadid yah say dear ...I cant hear you !!!

I feel your pain. Still, setting up shop again can be fun.

(my next move will be about number 40 <- no typo)

Congratulations on moving into your new place. Know what you mean about moving it sure is a pain. you dont realize how much crap ummm stuff you have until you need to move it.
Looks like your slowly starting to sort out your new workshop. its looking good.

I see the perfect wood shed through the window of the last photo

You also have more powerpoints in that one photo than I have in my entire shed ...... by at least a factor of 3.

Jeepers mate! I thought that I'd made a few (c 25 or so), but 40

Mind, if I had to move now (which I may be planning, stupidly!) to do), the shed will be way the hardest part.

I am currently looking at houses and realised I am saying things like:
    • "the shed ain't for cars - that's why they paint 'em"
    • "shed's not big enough (call THAT a shed?)"
    • "yard's not big enough for a shed"
    • "nice shed but too close to the neighbor's bedrooms"
    • "wot, no three phase AND no toilet?"
    • "you told me the shed had power! A single 10 amp ain't power lady"
    • "the shed's great! Oh, only two bedrooms and one bathroom? Is that a problem - really? I can put a bathroom in the shed y'know..."
