recycled pallet
Heres a clock I made using pallets for the timber source...........now to zip it to MIL and make the family happy Pattern from a John Nelson book and insert clock from Carrols woodturning

Wow that's lovely Pete.
I did try my best at the last woodshow in Brisbane to get clock inserts like yours but with Australian flora or fauna - not a chance - oh well. Would have made great souveneirs in my Australia clocks.

Yeh yeh, it's really clever and looks really great but can you stack things on it? Huh? And just where is the forklift supposed to pick it up?
A great risk hoping that someone out there will appreciate a really nice hand-made ornamental clock more than a good ol' pallet...
I just hope you're not dissapointed should you prove the only one...

That's a great looking clock. it's amazing what can be made from recycled material. it looks new to me.
