Hi DJ
A nice bit of work,
I made one for my wife 15 years ago out of Jarrah and Jelery top.I used West epoxy so only the best went into it.
What has to be avoided is washing up time where the bloody thing get imersed in washing up water.
Over the years it soaks in and swells timber eventually buggering the board. A quick wipe over with appropriate cleaner is less damaging .
Ours lasted only 5 years cos of this treatment and then split at the joints.
I hope yours last longer than mine.
