shed time
well I finally got some work done namely my first piece of intasia and a pen.
Because I had not done intasia before I decided I would use crapiata and stain it rather than blow my savings on good stuff.........well next time I may do better the horse is a Kathy Wiseman design compliments Scroll Saw Workshop Issue 19
This pen ...its common firewood ie mallee root but turned real good and has nice figure too. the picture doesnt show all the figure real well but I have more of this stuff so not firewood this year...have plenty redgum for that

Good stuff Pete,
I particularly like the pen. That's the sort of thing I like to write with. Keep up the good work.
Cheers,
Keith
