    Default WIP Huon box

Here's a box made from solid huon pine, handcut dovetails. The plinth is in jarrah and just awaiting final dimensioning and finishing. The pine has had two coats of floor seal, just awaiting a couple more. A greenie to whoever can guess its purpose!

    Cheers

Nice answers, pity they're wrong, but you get a greenie anyway.

    ermm, no.

    Hickory's got it right.

A dear cat was killed about 7years ago on Christmas eve when the house sitter failed to get it in (our cats are curfewed before dusk) and it was hit by a car. It wasn't a very happy Christmas that year . I had to exume the little fellas bones from a raised garden bed because we're putting in a slab for a water tank. So I made this box for him and it will be reburied when we move to our next house. I will probably make a cypress pine sarcofagus to house the box undergrnd too.

    Cheers
    Michael
