    Default Victorian Bushfires

    Woke up this morning to thick smoke blanketing our area, Bendigo, from the bushfires in the NE. If it is this bad here one can only imagine what is like for the people in the area, my heart goes out to them and all the firies fighting the fires.
    They are the real unsung heroes, and most of us don't make their job any easier by doing all the preparations we are supposed to before the fire season starts.
    I hope that all this will be over soon, certainly by Xmas.

    here in the CBD I can barely see the Yarra from Bourke st...
    I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.
